| View in browser COM-25-050 Thursday, April 3rd, 2025 Implementing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in Copa Connect Web Dear Travel Agencies, As part of our commitment to information security and protection, as of April 14th, 2025 two-factor authentication (2FA) will be mandatory for accessing Copa Connect Web (SPRK) in all PCCs, both in the production and test environment (UAT).   This measure aims to strengthen access security and guarantee information integrity, reducing risks associated with unauthorized access.
